ANTI-BRIBERY POLICY

Dear Suppliers and Business Partners,

At UTM Automation Systems Industry and Trade Ltd. Co., we conduct all of our business activities with integrity, transparency, full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and the highest ethical standards. To ensure a sustainable supply chain, we expect all of our suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners to uphold the same ethical values and principles.

Accordingly, all suppliers conducting business with UTM Automation are required to comply with the following Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, and Social Compliance requirements.


1. Zero Tolerance for Bribery and Corruption

  • It is strictly prohibited to offer, promise, or provide, directly or indirectly, cash, valuable gifts, hospitality, loans, or any financial or non-financial benefit to UTM Automation employees or to any third party for the purpose of obtaining, facilitating, accelerating, or securing an unfair business advantage in connection with any procurement or commercial activity.
  • Our suppliers are responsible for implementing effective internal controls and procedures to prevent bribery and corruption within their own organizations.

2. Social Compliance and Employee Rights

Our suppliers undertake to:

  • Comply with all applicable minimum legal working age requirements and prohibit the employment of child labor.
  • Ensure that all employees are employed voluntarily and that no form of forced, bonded, or compulsory labor is used.
  • Provide working hours, wages, benefits, and employment conditions in accordance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Prevent all forms of discrimination, harassment, abuse, and unfair treatment throughout recruitment and employment practices.

3. Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance

Our suppliers are responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and environmental legislation within their own operations as well as during any field work, installation, or on-site activities performed on behalf of UTM Automation.

4. Reporting Violations (Ethics Reporting Channel)

No employee who reports an actual or suspected bribery or corruption incident to management in good faith shall be subject to retaliation, dismissal, discrimination, or any other adverse treatment. The identity of the reporting individual will be kept strictly confidential.
